1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation (especially for Microinverters and Solar Panels).
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return due to safety and technical reasons:
- Products that have been installed, mounted, or connected to an electrical grid.
- Custom-ordered solar solutions or modified equipment.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thedoctorsolar.com.
- Provide photos or videos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or UPI).
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once a product like the Solar Panel Cleaning Spray Gun has been shipped, the standard Return Policy applies.
