2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: Orders for in-stock items (such as the Solar Panel Cleaning Spray Gun) are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Large Equipment: Due to the technical nature and safety requirements for transporting VoltAh Hybrid Inverters and Solar Panels, processing may take 5–7 business days to ensure secure crating and quality checks.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
Heavy Goods: Items like Bifacial Solar Panels or High-Performance Batteries may incur specialized freight charges due to their size and handling requirements.
4. Logistics Partners
We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure your advanced solar tools are handled with care. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Attempts & Inspections
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Vadodara.
Important: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the product appears damaged, please note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately.
